In 2026, the MEM will be celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Montréal Summer Olympics with a unique project combining culture, sports and the French language. Bouger, parler, s’intégrer! shows how practicing sports in French can helping people adapt to their new life in Montréal.
Two-party activity to learn about sports history and work up a sweat:
- Interactive tour of the MEM Explore Montréal’s francophone sports history in our exhibitions, handle objects from our collection, and take part in lively discussions.
- Sports workshop in your neighbourhood Discover your local sports facilities and learn how to play baseball or Cosom hockey . . . in French.
