Event description

The MEM is opening its doors to teens! Come chill in our free spaces, discover our citizen exhibitions, and enjoy a murder mystery evening full of unexpected twists and turns!

For Halloween, the MEM invites you to immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere of Montréal in the 1940s. Rising cabaret star Violette Moreau is found dead in her dressing room after a triumphant evening at the Gayety theatre, in the heart of the Red Light district. Who might have wanted to keep her quiet . . . and why?

You and your friends will become suspects, witnesses and detectives in this affair.

Play flamboyant characters, find clues, interrogate others and develop your theories in an effort to solve the crime before the curtain falls.
