As part of the 31st edition of CINEMANIA, which runs from November 4 to 16, 2025, the festival is teaming up with the MEM to offer a school activity on November 12 and 13.

Students will attend a screening of three themed short films. They will then have a chance to discuss issues raised in the films and share their impressions.

The activity, supervised by a cultural mediation team, will be held at the MEM and carried out in three stages:

  • Presentation of the three short films and their context by members of the CINEMANIA team
  • Viewing of the short films
  • Discussion in small groups: students share their impressions and use an analysis grid to structure their observations.

The activity will be supervised by cultural mediators sensitive to French language learning issues. A preparatory teaching kit will be provided to teachers around October 20, 2025.
