A Mile in My Shoes—In-Class Activity
We have adapted the experience in order to bring it to your school. We will select a few pairs of shoes to present in the classroom. In small groups, students will listen to their stories. Afterwards, students will be invited to discuss what they felt and why empathy is important.
The MEM is listed in the Répertoire Culture-Éducation. This in-class activity is eligible for financial assistance through the Cultural Workshops at School program.
